SMS Policy

First Chinese Baptist Church, Los Angeles (FCBCLA) (“we,” “our,” or “us”) may use SMS (Short Message Service) or text messaging to communicate with individuals in a one-to-one, non-marketing context. These messages may include event reminders, service updates, or other informational content directly related to the individual’s relationship with us.
 

1. Non-Marketing Communication Only

We do not send any promotional or marketing messages via SMS. All messages are initiated in direct response to an inquiry or as part of an existing relationship or ongoing conversation.
 

2. Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and engaging in a conversation with us via text, you consent to receive one-to-one SMS communications from us. You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message.
 

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with the word STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages unless you reinitiate contact.
