FAQs

Why are we switching giving systems?

Church (Planning) Center has allowed us to provide our ministries with better online tools to support our church family (i.e., checking in, digital Sunday bulletins, online registrations) and adding giving will provide an even more streamlined and cohesive experience.

Why can't the church automatically move my account?

For security purposes, we do not have access to your account details.

Is Church (Planning) Center secure?

Yes, Church Center follows industry-standard best practices for security and privacy. For more information, see planningcenter.com/security.

How do I start giving through Church Center after following the above instructions?

Once your donation information has been set up with Church Center, you can start giving at fcbc.org/give. For more information, click here.

Can I still leave a memo/note with my donation?

Church Center unfortunately does not support this feature, but we are exploring possible alternatives. Please contact us at giving@fcbc.org if you have any questions.

What is the difference between Church Center and Planning Center?

Planning Center is the overall church management platform that includes Church Center, which is the online and mobile app that allows you to connect with our church family.
