Prayer Meeting for Digital Ministry
Digital Ministry Prayer Meeting
will be on the 1st Wednesday night each month at 9:15 pm.
Join us on the 3rd Sunday each month, 12:30-1:00 pm, to pray for Digital Ministry.
A 7-Day Coronavirus Prayer Guide
- Pray for the sick: Pray for those who are sick, and their families, that the Lord would heal and comfort them.
- Pray for the healthcare workers: Pray for those on the frontlines treating those who are sick, that the Lord would protect and strengthen them.
- Pray for the vulnerable: Pray for those who are especially vulnerable to disease, that the sickness would pass over them and that they would rely on others for help.
- Pray for the unemployed: Pray for those who have lost work, that God would provide through their families and communities.
- Pray for our leaders: Pray for national and local government leaders, that they would have wisdom to do what is best for all.
- Pray for students and families: Pray for students who are out of school, and their families, that the Lord would give them patience and discipline.
- Pray for churches: Pray for churches and ministry leaders, that they would know how to best show the love of Christ in this time.

Why Give?
“The person who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the person who sows generously will also reap generously. Each person should do as he has decided in his heart–not reluctantly or our of compulsion, since God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make every grace overflow to you, so that in every way, always having everything you need, you may excel in every good work.” 2 Corinthians 9:6–8
According to Scripture, heart-directed giving that pleases God follows four basic and timeless principles:
- Give Generously (v.6) – We are to give generously. As we sow, we will reap, if we give generously, we will reap generously. We can never outgive God.
- Give Intentionally (v.7) – We are to give intentionally, not impulsively. Each Christian is to determine for themselves what and how God is leading them to give and then intentionally set aside that amount to give to the work of God’s kingdom.
- Give Cheerfully (v.7) – We are to give with a cheerful heart, not reluctantly. Giving should never be done under compulsion or pressure. Giving should always be done freely, as an expression of our thankfulness, trust, and worship of God.
- Give in Faith (v.8) – We are to give as an expression of our faith in God. We can trust that if we give generously, intentionally, and cheerfully, God will honor our giving and provide for our needs. He will give us everything we need to excel in every good work.
