Hey Everyone! 

Can't wait for camp to come again?  Us either!  We're so excited for another year full of fun games, deep sharing, great cabin times, awesome messages, Spirit-led worship, and most importantly, amazing counselors! ...just kidding! most importantly, meeting God, of course!

In case you've never been to camp, here's some info for you & your parents:

Each year our church holds a summer camp where Jr. Highers (grades 7 through 9) are given the opportunity to join us for a week in Big Bear, California.  Away from the worries of home and school, we focus on growing in the Word of God and fostering a deeper, more real relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ (while building and strengthening old and new friendships too!).  We hope your Jr. Higher will be able to join us this year!
Campers are lead by FCBC counselors who have been trained in topics such as Christian leadership, counseling techniques and small group management.  Counselors are equipped to care for, give guidance and minister to the campers’ needs.  During Free Time, your child will also have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities which are monitored by trained and certified Pine Summit staff or FCBC counselors.

Camp Dates:                August 11 - 15, 2008

Registration Dates:        June 29-July 27 (Sundays Only)

Registration Location:    Behind Old Santuary (Praise Center) Under Big Tent
                                    10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
                                    12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Cost:                        June 29 - $180.00 (paid in full)
                               July 6, 13, 20 - $190.00
                               July 27 - $200.00
 
We understand that many families cannot afford to send their children to camp because of genuine financial difficulties, including having multiple children attending church camps.  For the children of these families, we offer Campership.  These campers pay a minimum camp fee and the balance is paid through the Campership Program, by participating in various types of work experiences that teach campers about responsibility.  All qualified applicants must attend our work experience in order to receive campership support.  You must submit a seperate Campership application by July 6.
