We rejoice and give thanks to God for His faithfulness to our church for our new Ministry Building. With our church family united in prayer and pledge, we continue to seek God’s provision to build a facility that help expand our ministries, facilitate our community outreach, and contribute to the community’s redevelopment. The resulting 21,000 square-foot, three-story building adjoining the Worship Center will house multi-generational facilities.

A nursery for newborns and infants, and classrooms for the elderly.
Unified by a central open-air courtyard. A pedestrian passageway into the courtyard from Yale Street will be through a traditional moon gate sponsored by our Children’s Ministry.

Construction is scheduled for fourteen months, with completion anticipated in December of 2011. All for God’s glory and only by His grace!

Haggai 1
"Go up to the mountains, bring wood and rebuild the temple, that I may be pleased with it and be glorified," says the LORD. (v.8)
...the people obeyed the voice of the LORD their God (v.12)

...and they came and worked on the house of the LORD of hosts, their God (v.14)

Prayer Request

Thank God that the sprinkler system is completed and passed inspection at the Ministry Building .
Pray for Intertex's project manager Bill Fitzpatrick as he is under intense pressure to resolve field conflicts and get design clarifications to maintain forward momentum.
Pray that the city inspector will approve/accept the structural shear wall opening detail already installed per structural engineer's direction.
Pray that all structural related work will be completed in a month.
The Hall of Truth remodel is ready to go into detailed design. Pray for John Lee as he will head up the design effort and work with the contractor to come up with an accurate pricing.
Pray for God's leading regarding the remodel of the 1st floor conference/classroom in the Worship Center to a Welcome Center serving coffee and selling books and gifts on Sundays.
